Q&A

Panels will last on average 45 minutes (a little longer if it’s a panel of five). All presenters will give an short abstract of their papers in first 15 minutes; the remaining time is reserved for the Q&A and panel discussion.

Delegates can ask questions to presenters during the live session either in person or via chat. The chair/host will moderate these, juggling between following the queue of questions and making sure everyone is involved.

However, you can also submit your comments/questions on the website when you watch the pre-recorded presentations; in this case, the relevant chairs will collect them and forward them to the speakers during the live panels at a suitable time.

After the Live Sessions: you can keep posting comments to individual papers on the website. Presenters should check their paper pages regularly to respond. Alternatively, you can get in touch directly with the presenters (check contact list HERE).
