The itemized breakdown below is based on current estimates (as of December 2019) and therefore only roughly indicative of potential expenses. We will revise these estimates again by the end of 2020. The breakdown does not include all possible expenses that delegates might incur and does not include all possible travel combinations. Note: you will also need to factor in the registration fee (usually around £100 TBC), the conference dinner (£40-50), visa (if applicable), airport transfer in your country and optional social activities.
